In the practice of law, lawyers often act as storytellers. Painting pictures with words that portray their client's side of the story in the most flattering light. Sometimes this requires lawyers to shade the truth and venture into gray areas. Not every ethical question is gray though, and things are bound to become painful for lawyers when their own misconduct dominates the proceedings and becomes the story itself. This program will again focus on 50 ways lawyers in Tennessee and elsewhere have lost their practice due to ethical violations.
