Construction Law

Construction Law: Introduction to Arbitration

Description:

Arbitration is fast becoming not an alternative to litigation, but as a required and recommended way to reach final resolution of disputes. Going to arbitration is not a “one-size-fits-all” decision.  The decision to arbitrate depends upon a highly fact-driven analysis of a number of factors.  Those factors will be discussed in this presentation. Some of those factors include: How important is discovery, Do you want the rules of evidence to apply,  and How likely are you to want to appeal the decision.
