General Practice 2015: Creditor’s Rights

Description:

It is the intent of this presentation to cover credito's rights in general and highlight the major concerns of an attorney whose practice "crosses over" or incidentally engages in debt collection. This presentation is not exhaustive in nature. The coverage in this presentation is broad in nature and most certainly does not address all potential issues related to engaging in creditor's rights practice. Several areas highlighted are the subject of entire treatises and the complexities are worthy of "boot camps" on the single subject.
