Tennessee DUI Penalties are very complex. The severity of the punishment depends on the number of the offense. Each numbered offense has a completely different set of penalties. Attorney Nathan Luna will discuss the Department of Safety Requirements. Some of these requirements include: Restricted Driver's License, Ignition Interlock Device, SR-22, and Vehicle Seizure and Forfeiture.

Very helpful material on the 2nd and 3rd DUI offense. would like more info on local/regional alcohol offense related treatment/rehab centers.
I learned which statute addresses forfeitures. I learned about certified A&D providers vs. other providers. I learned that some counties do search warrants to get blood tests instead of just a implied consent violation. I learned about another interesting case Missouri v. McNealy.
