IP 2016: Right of Publicity

Description:

Does One Have a Right of Publicity When Others Contract It Away, Profit From It, and Claim Fair Use? Do former college football and basketball players have a right to bring class action against just about everyone who profits from college sports, including television networks, school conferences, and even licensing agents? Excellent presentation, and excellent speaker...very interesting hour!

I thought comments about the college athletics being a full-time, unpaid job were interesting.

I thoroughly enjoyed this presentation. Very interesting. Roe was very knowledgeable on the topic.

This should be a much bigger presentation and better advertised. Roe Frazer is great and has great wealth of knowledge and experience in many facets of sports and the law.

Roe is great!
