Im probably not tech savvy enough to have a clue.

Useful information for cross exam of opposing witnesses.

I am not tech-savvy, so this presentation was extremely helpful in understanding how cell phone data can be recovered. I was surprised at how easy it is to create a fake text message!

An very informative CLE on a timely topic.

I enjoyed learning more about how to fake text messages and back-date messages (for cross-examination purposes). That information is very useful. However, I felt the rest of the presentation was pretty basic if you have any law enforcement or prosecution experience.

Vital for prosecution lawyers. Informative for a judge.
