This three-hour program held in Dyersburg is designed to provide attorneys with the latest developments in multiple areas of the law. Speakers in this year's program include:

Judge Jim Hamilton will give a basic overview of the Tennessee Claims Commission, including what claims must be filed in the Commission, procedure, time limits for filing appeals, and recent developments.

Judge Steven Stafford, Sarah Day and Jennifer Ivy with the Tennessee Court of Appeals will discuss the new summary judgment standard and changes in summary judgment law. 

Laura Chastain will present an ethics session. Laura is Ethics Counsel for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
