Federal Law: Expert Disclosures

Description:

Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(a)(2) governs expert disclosures. The requirements of this rule are not always clear to practitioners who have little experience applying it in practice. Attorney Frank Day will discuss these requirements and describe why it's an asset to those who do understand the requirements to act offensively to gain an advantage in litigation.
