I feel like I can provide some baseline advice to clients before I refer them out to a Bankruptcy lawyer.

The presentation was definitely an overview and not as in-depth as some CLE courses. A good discussion if you have some experience in the area. Materials helpful but more issue recognition rather than providing answers and required a lot of note taking to expand on some comments.

Different chapters of bankruptcy. Differences between a plaintiff and when a defendant files for bankruptcy. Assuring payment. Practical advice.

Materials could have been better.

There were useful tips and helpful warnings of potential pitfalls.

The title was appropriate. This gave very good insights to the non-regualr bankrutpctcy practitioner. I got several practical points out of this.
