I knew very little about this subject. I learned a lot.

Shared devices all store the same information. The back up files are sometimes better than the actual files. Snapchat files are not really deleted.

Perhaps law enforcement agencies should have this or something like it as mandatory training?

Excellent presentation. Would like to see a more extended coverage of this subject to allow more expansion of details.

There is so much useful information in this presentation that is not just for criminal attorneys, but for those of us who practice family law and juvenile law. It's even good for parents. I would have never thought to look for a criminal law CLE - in the future, it might be good to classify some broadcasts under multiple areas.
