Tennessee Code Annotated § 20-1-119: The Basics!

Description:

The comparative fault joinder statute, Tennessee Code Annotated section 20-1-119, has been on the books since 1993. However, despite its nearly quarter century of existence, members of the Bench and Bar still have questions. This introductory-level program will explain the basics of the statute and its interpretive case law so that an attendee will leave with a basic understanding of the statute and how it works. (Both new lawyers and experienced practitioners will gain insight from this program.)

Good CLE.

It was a good, quick review; I intend to look at the suggested cases in more detail as well as the John A. Day et al. book.

Tony Duncan is always on top of the subject matter and current. I look forward to seeing his next comparative fault webinar.

I already knew most of what was shared. This was indeed a very "basic" seminar.
