Excellent presentation!

I enjoyed the discussion of the specific examples of where lawyers could run into trouble, not because they don't know their subject, but because they don't pay sufficient attention to some of the technical aspects of maintaining their practices, including all of the more recent electronically related issues such as email.

It was helpful to explore some of the ethical issues that come up in modern practice. The example involving the hacker and misdirected funds was particularly interesting.

Most helpful part was cyber security and confidential information. Also, was not aware that helping with referrals can get a lawyer into ethical trouble.

Liked the fact that the presentation was heavy on substantive rulings and case law.

Information regarding "cyber-duties" and holding monies is always useful information, even if it is just a refresher.
