Good overview on some important mediation preparation techniques. I did not really learn anything new, but I would definitely be interested in a whole CLE on collaborative divorce.

To give the client the possible bad news before the mediator.

John Blankenship is one of my favorite presenters. He keeps me watching!

Very informative. I liked the test.

Really enjoyed this CLE.
