I think the case law references by various statutory requirements and case outcomes was extremely helpful for attorneys to locate case law support for their cases going forward. This was a fantastic and detailed overview of severe abuse and how that effects D&N and TPR cases.

THIS IS AN AWESOME ASSESSMENT OF THE PROCESS FOR D&N WITH CASE CITATIONS FOR QUICK REFERENCE. THIS WOULD BE A GREAT SEMINAR TO UPDATE EACH YEAR WITH THE NEW CASE LAW.

Great job on this course.

Parents' rights.

Material was well presented. It went quickly. Wish I could watch it again, since I am new to juvenile law.

A good general overview of severe abuse and the rights of a right.
