In this session, Charles Bloodworth will discuss sentencing issues for those who are new to criminal justice. Some of the topics include: felonies not eligible for probation, misdemeanors not eligible for total probation, DUI sentences, consecutive sentences, and factors that will “kick up” an offense to a higher level.
