Great insight from a very entertaining veteran attorney!

A great presenter with much practical wisdom and examples for trial lawyers. Very enjoyable material with valuable insights.

Excellent presentation!

Presenter was interesting and a great speaker. However, I was expecting more information on specific tactics defense lawyers use to trip up plaintiff attorneys. Information on civility and perception by judges and juries was good, but I was expecting more tactics.

I hear more and more experienced trial lawyers and even judges emphasize the importance of civility in the practice of law. I intend to take that to heart as I continue to practice.
