In this presentation, attorney Al Secor will discuss legislative updates for estate planners and other items of interest. He will go over Tennessee legislative changes (non-tax) concerning estate administration from the past year. Next, he will discuss tax related issues from the Tennessee Legislature and federal tax changes. Finally, he will address areas of interest concerning wills, premarital agreements, and tenants by the entirety accounts.
