Great CLE. Particularly good on using the materials during the presentation.

This was very helpful. I'm not routinely involved at the dispute stage, but instead am involved when drafting the governing documents for a small company. It was interesting to see how variations in the valuation approach can lead to such dramatic differences.

Great course. R. Vance did a great job.

I have worked with Robert Vance for many years. His work and presentations to the courts are always excellent and persuasive.

Good stuff. Learned about the Tennessee law valuation developments.

This was one of the best CLE seminars I remember taking. Mr. Vance was direct and clear. The information was all relevant and will be helpful to my practie.

Great amount of information included in just one hour.

Need a follow-up presentation that breaks down the valuation methods - at least 3 hours to start.
