Description:

The purpose of discovery is to understand the facts of the case, the issues, and gather the proof needed for trial to assert various claims and defenses.  It is your job to ensure that the facts gathered can be authenticated and admissible at trial and supports your theory of the case.  It is your job to ensure that the Trial Court has the facts to make its findings of facts to support its conclusions in its final order after the trial. In this session attorney Siew Ling Shea will discuss address Key Issues and Facts to discovery in family law. Also the speaker will give practice pointers and go over case law.
