This session will explore how the #MeToo movement has impacted the legal world. You will hear about how employment and human resource issues are being reported and resolved. Some topics discussed include: Title VII, TN Human Rights Act, Liability and Liable Parties,  and Harassment Policies.

 

 

 

Very relevant and eye-opening

Appreciated the mention of the Tax Reform Act. As a plaintiff employment law attorney, we haven't seen a defense lawyer, yet, mention it or know about it and they still want their confidentiality on sexual harassment settlements.
