This session will explore Condominium Law from the Lender’s Point of View and from the Condo Owner’s POV. First attorney Ann Cargile will discuss the Lender POV. She will talk about the TN Condo Act of 2008 and how it benefits lenders. Then she will discuss Lender rights and lien priority, Insurance and Casualty, and Fannie Mae. Next, attorney Wesley Turner will discuss Owner Point of view by going over hypothetical questions and scenarios of Condominium Owners. Then use the audience to help answer some of the questions.
