Federal Practice: Presenting in Federal Court

Description:

This session will explore the differences in presenting in Federal court compared with presenting in State court. Attorneys Frank Day and Jonathan Skrmetti will discuss Federal Rules of Civil Procedure that you must know when practicing in Federal court. Besides the FRCP the presenters will also go over common errors attorneys make when moving from State to Federal court. And finally the speakers will demonstrate some practice tips to guide you through Federal court.

Good reminder regarding treating physicians testifying at trial, and the pitfalls of not planning out the testimony (expert and otherwise) you need to prove your case.
