The presenters clearly gave the changes in the law and also provided strategies to avoid problems that may arise in the Court's interpretation and application of the new laws.

This course was so helpful! I was unaware of the change regarding putative fathers. I love the new change that substantial risk of harm to a child requires no notice to a putative father of a pregnancy and no more having to speculate as to possible biological paternity.

I appreciate Dawn's depth of knowledge and vast experience.

Updated case law regarding burden of proof in abandonment claims.
