Commercial construction projects have to be funded. Many times, banks or owners require that contractors provide payment and performance bonds. The session will cover many of the issues, concerns, myths and realities of financing projects, what control lenders have over the money flow as well as how bonded projects can impact all players in the project.The speakers include Attorney David Taylor and Industry Representatives John Spann of Spann Insurance and Jeremy Sentman of Sompo International.
