This course had a great deal of substance.

Ethics portion on new Tennessee rule deserved more attention. Discussion concerning tension between religious and sexual orientation law was interesting.

Current state of LGBT litigation at the Supreme Court level. Great presentation

Content was great.

I really liked hearing about the Obergefell connection to Tennessee. The TBA may want to consider soliciting an attorney to write about that aspect of the case in more detail.
