Excellent.

The most interesting part was walking through the mindfulness meditation exercise, something I'd done before but not in a long time. I felt there was too much time spent on the importance of sleep, and perhaps not enough on practical strategies mentioned at the very end for maximizing efficiency of getting tasks done.
