Construction Law

Construction Law Forum 2027

Description:

Join us for a day of construction law education designed to meet the needs of both new and experienced practitioners. Forum sessions will examine how projects go wrong, from disputed change orders and missed notices to delays, liens, and terminations, and how counsel can resolve conflicts among owners, designers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. The program also compares trial and arbitration, reviews recent Tennessee case law, and closes with an ethics session.
