Overall one of the most useful CLE's I've streamed this year. Nicely done with good insights and practical tips.

Thought it was really well organized and explained, wished we had gotten to the slides on metaphors because it's helpful to know what's appropriate and what's not

Very good presentation. Useful.

Great refresher on effective writing techniques
