This presentation provides information designed to help us all avoid bias in our decisions and to better respond to allegations of bias from clients or other third parties. The presentation also provides information on confronting Implicit Bias by utilizing exercises that help us reveal biases and better understand the impact of bias on the decision-making process.

The participants will also gain an understanding of Microaggressions and the issues they cause and receive tips for improving cross-cultural communication organizationally and individually.
