Legal Issues with privacy and information security are having a profound effect on transactions.  This session will address the life cycle of privacy and information security issues in transactions- including  diligence review, structuring and then negotiating the deal.  The session will cover potential minefields with diligence findings, negotiation of transition services agreements and transaction documents.  The session will also highlight a few examples of where this has "gone wrong".
