Description:

This course examines the law of damages, expanded to discuss the measure of damages in breach of contract cases and damages in statutory actions, including those arising under the Consumer Protection and Governmental Tort Liability Acts. Through a series of hypotheticals, speakers Joe Riley, Jr. and Penny White will lead participants in a discussion about pleading and proving various types of damages.
