It will also share tips and tricks for creating persuasive visual aids and choosing the right technology necessary to present arguments while being budget-minded.

Also covered is instruction on how the technology works and a review of trial presentation software packages (such as iPad, OnCue and TrialDirector) as well as a tutorial of their functionality. Finally, we will explain how these technologies translate from the courtroom setting to a remote web-conference platform and share field-based observations and “how-to” recommendations to strengthen security, avoid some known technical issues, and have a successful and persuasive virtual argument.
