As a new trial practitioner, this was my favorite CLE this year. The Judge gave realistic expectations of what happens in the beginning of being a trial lawyer (you’re gonna lose a bunch, but you’ll learn), and also gave helpful advice on what to broadly focus on as a trial lawyer (logic, credibility, and empathy).

With the vanishing jury, I was not sure if we were only considering civil jury trials or both criminal and civil jury trials. (may be I missed it.) Great course.
