I thought the 7 steps for remote supervision were helpful, especially the reminder to check on employees' mental health. I think that is overlooked but vital during the pandemic with additional stressors and lack of in-person contact.

Keeps my attention. Great discussion of changes after COVID in the legal world and managing partners and workers in the office. Lots of changes in the post COVID legal world discussed.
