For the first time since 2019, Stuart Teicher will be in Nashville at the TBA Office and CLE space to present three new ethics programs live and in-person!

Dracula never dies (even when he’s killed) and Frankenstein's creature was an accidental disaster. Professional legal educator Stuart Teicher, Esq. (the CLE Performer) turns classic movie monsters into ethics lessons. Learning objectives include:

  • Dracula lives forever, and so does the lawyer's duty of confidentiality in Rule 1.6 and 1.9(c)(2)
  • Frankenstein was a monster because his creator’s assistant messed up. It illustrates how lawyers need to supervise (Rule 5.3)
  • When explorers found the Mummy, the assistant didn’t listen and the fiasco started (the parallel is Rule 5.2, duty of subordinate lawyers)
