This course will prepare attorneys, with limited experience researching dockets, with the skills necessary to successfully locate and understand the following: (1) Researching dockets using public and private repositories; (2) Parts of a docket sheet, including filings and associated attachments; (3) tracking, updating, and analyzing litigation memorialized in dockets, with focus on automation and trends in data captured by categorical breakdown.
