The coverage on Rule 1.7(b) for joint representation was the most helpful segment of the presentation to me, especially Ms. Chastain's suggestions on how to deal with any joint representation dilemmas that arise.

The presentation was very informative about issues to be aware of related to representation in estate planning matters, and the need to be candid and forthright when dealing with Tennessee courts.
