Very informative and well put together! Thoughtful analysis.

I thought it was interesting how easy it is for unconscious bias to cause the same conduct between people of different races to be perceived differently depending on the perspective chosen. For example, "takes charge" vs. "bossy".

Luther Wright is an excellent presenter and really appreciate his point of view and style of teaching.
