E-Filing is the new way to file legal documents with the General Sessions-Civil Clerk’s office in Davidson County.  The e-filing system allows users to file cases 24 hours/7days a week. Go-Live for the new system is scheduled for May 24, 2021. Come learn about the new enhancements and convenient features including system generated documents.

This seminar will give an overview of the system and cover various demonstrations related to e-filing in our General Sessions-Civil office.  Topics will include setting up e-file user accounts/escrow, how to file new cases, filing subsequent pleadings and reviewing case statuses.
