This panel brings together representatives from academia, trial courts, and appellate courts to explore the evolving role of AI in the judiciary. The panel will discuss evidentiary challenges associated with AI-generated evidence and the potential for AI to improve court work and efficiency. The panel will also explore whether the relative absence of AI in present judicial processes is desirable.
