Intellectual Property Law 2021: "Counselor, You're Muted”: Maintaining Professionalism and Ethics in a Post-COVID Practice

Description:

Great info on how some states are now mandating CLEs specifically in technology. That's a good idea since it is such a fast and changing area. Also enjoyed the comparison of the TPCA, GDPR and CCPA and the discussion of Virginia's Consumer Protection Act- 2023.

Good information, especially about data security obligations.
