SIJS Immigration Practice will discuss the process for applying for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status with USCIS after the appropriate juvenile court order is issued. This includes filing the I-360 SIJS petition, applying for permanent residence (green card) and the intersections of SIJS and removal proceedings (deportation).
