Excellent information regarding arguments in sentencing hearings especially pertaining to serious crimes and client's with significant criminal histories.

Learned about lesser-known sentencing statute provisions for lower-level felonies and the rights of defendants to allocute at sentencing hearings.

Judge Craft did a great job discussing being prepared for a sentencing hearing. New insights were gained.

The handout had some really good caselaw that I can use.

Always nice to hear a judge's perspective, particularly as to what they don't see enough.
