While day-to-day practice for lawyers may have changed in the post-COVID landscape, our ethical and professional obligations to clients, opposing counsel, and the state bar have generally remained the same. Understanding how those past obligations are being molded in the current remote-based environment requires a review of our ethical obligations on the maintenance of confidentiality of client's sensitive information, particularly electronically stored information (ESI) and the standard of professionalism in a remote-based environment.

This CLE was very pertinent to the current times!
Nice to hear judge's comments about practitioners on video conferences who may have been not so careful about their background or appearances on camera.
This presentation far exceeded my expectations. The presenters were extremely knowledgeable and articulate. Materials were clear and helpful. One of the best TBA CLEs I have attended.
This was one of the better CLEs that I've taken at TBA. Timely, good context and excellent presentation. Well done.
It was interesting to hear ethical considerations associated with a remote work environment.
This course was very informative and far broader in scope than I realized, which was very helpful. The presenters were very knowledgeable and professional. Great course!
Info on working remotely was great.
Solid guidance and info - especially for those unaccustomed to the work-from-home model. Was especially intrigued by the subject of living in a state different from where you practice - hadn't considered some of those pitfalls.
This was a very informative presentation. The materials were very helpful. The presenters were well prepared and interesting. This is a very important topic and I learned a lot that I can apply in my practice.
This was so relevant to our times during the pandemic!
