As someone who suffers from stress and anxiety in my professional life, I really enjoyed this presentation. The diet and health tips and recommendation of L-theanine were all extremely helpful.

During this presentation, I learned the importance of keeping myself healthy and sane so that I can help my clients get through difficult processes such as divorce. I also learned the importance of getting plenty of sleep and received helpful tips on what to eat right before bed to regulate my blood sugar. I also learned the importance of self-care and received some great tips on breathing exercises, which I find to be very helpful.

It's always helpful to learn about wellness so we can pass the knowledge to our clients. Thank you!!

I gained some new insights on how to handle stress and plan to take better care of myself in the New Year.

I love Linda!! She is an amazing woman!! This seminar was wonderful. Much needed for all of us!! Thank you!!

Great perspectives and solutions to the stress in our occupation.
