This program will address some of the challenges faced by advocates and neutrals over the past year in preparation and presentation of virtual hearings. Topics will include managing party expectations, technology issues, and managing witnesses and exhibits. Additionally, the panel will discuss lessons learned over the past year and what the future holds for virtual hearings.
