This Disability Law Section roundtable will be slightly different than the previous monthly section roundtables in that it will be eligible for 1 General CLE credit! This roundtable/CLE program will not be recorded, so it will only be available to those who are able to attend it live on Thursday, March 24 from 2:30 – 3:30 pm CT. Members of the Disability Law Section can attend this roundtable style CLE program for the discounted section member price of $40. Registrants will be emailed with the Zoom link on the day of the program.

Moderated by section executive council member Chris George of George & George, the program will focus on classifying past relevant work properly for both DDS and Vocational Experts. Often proper job classification is THE dispositive issue in a case if the claimant is above age 50, so getting accurate descriptions of past relevant work is essential. Since this is a roundtable style program, attendees are encouraged to ask questions throughout the hour. There will be time allocated near the end of the program for section members to ask questions related to general daily practice.
