During this session, Lena Beal, John Dreiser and Chris George, all seasoned attorneys who have appeared at hundreds of hearings, will describe how they prepare their clients for hearings, including organization of pre-trial arguments, witness preparation and anticipating potential pitfalls, in hopes of enabling each claimant the best opportunity to obtain a favorable outcome.
