Great speaker, lots of insight into the changing world of ethics.

I was fascinated with the new ABA rule about what you know or should reasonably suspect regarding illegal activity. Really enjoyable speaker.

Very engaging presenter. I appreciated the information about newer technologies and the ethical issues that may come up because of them.

Paying attention to your clients and ask the right questions to ensure they are telling you the truth so that you aren't complicit in something bad. Also to put plain language in correspondence to clients.

Always informative & entertaining. Looking forward to next year's version, hopefully he'll do it again.
