Good presentation and discussion of recent developments.

Generally, A good program. I thought the discussion of Zoom depositions is important as it is a developing area. I found the errata sheet part helpful. I recently had a similar issue discussed during the presentation. Good thought about the lawyer's need to read the deposition within 30 days of receipt.

Well organized and thoughtful. Interesting to a surprising degree.

With COVID zoom depositions have become more and more in demand, this presentation really helped with ideas to navigate the issues I've faced with zoom depositions.
