With COVID zoom depositions have become more and more in demand, this presentation really helped with ideas to navigate the issues I've faced with zoom depositions.

Good presentation and discussion of recent developments.

good insight / pointers on deps

very interesting content on issues that come up often

Generally, A good program. I thought the discussion of Zoom depositions is important as it is a developing area. I found the errata sheet part helpful. I recently had a similar issue discussed during the presentation. Good thought about the lawyer's need to read the deposition within 30 days of receipt.

Well organized and thoughtful. Interesting to a surprising degree.

This was a very good CLE. It offered timely and practical advice that a Tennessee lawyer can use immediately.
